Complete GST Compliance, From Registration to Audit

Since its launch, GST has become one of the most technology-driven and closely monitored tax systems in India. Every invoice, return, and input tax credit claim is tracked and matched on the GST portal — which means a single mismatch or missed filing can block your credits, invite notices, or trigger a departmental audit.

At Kavach, an initiative of Advonet Network, we handle your entire GST lifecycle with expert GST compliance services — accurate returns, clean input tax credit, and full support through audits and notices. Our CA-led team keeps you compliant across every part of the GST ecosystem.

What Is GST Compliance?

GST compliance is the set of obligations every registered business must meet under the Goods and Services Tax law — from raising correct tax invoices and filing periodic returns to reconciling input tax credit and paying the right tax on time.

Because GST is fully digital, compliance is continuous and unforgiving of errors. Your returns must match your suppliers' filings, your input tax credit must reconcile with the auto-generated statements, and e-invoicing and e-way bill rules must be followed where applicable. Getting any of this wrong doesn't just risk penalties — it can freeze the credits your cash flow depends on.

Our GST Compliance & Audit Services

Kavach provides end-to-end GST advisory and compliance support — for businesses of every size and across every state. Our core services include:

GST Registration

New GST registration, amendments, additional place of business, and voluntary or multi-state registration — handled correctly the first time.

Ongoing advisory on rate applicability, place of supply, and new provisions, plus periodic GST health checks to catch risks before the department does.

Frequently asked questions

What is input tax credit (ITC) in GST?

Late filing attracts per-day late fees and interest, can block your input tax credit, and — if it continues — can lead to suspension or cancellation of your GST registration.

What is the difference between CGST, SGST and IGST?
For sales within a state, GST is split into CGST (central) and SGST (state). For inter-state sales, integrated GST (IGST) applies and is collected by the centre. The correct split must appear on every invoice.
Is a GST audit mandatory for my business?
The earlier mandatory CA-certified GST audit has been replaced by a self-certified reconciliation statement (GSTR-9C) for businesses above the notified turnover threshold. Separately, the department can conduct its own audit under Section 65. Kavach handles both.
What happens if I don't file my GST returns on time?
Late filing attracts per-day late fees and interest, can block your input tax credit, and — if it continues — can lead to suspension or cancellation of your GST registration.
Can Kavach help if I've received a GST notice?
Yes. We handle GST notices, demands, and audits end to end — preparing records, drafting replies, and representing you, with the added legal strength of Advonet Network.
